Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku vzniku dekubitu a ošetřovatelský proces. Dekubity představují závažný problém v ošetřovatelské péči, jelikož komplikují a prodlužují léčbu pacientů a vedou ke značným nárůstům nákladů na péči. I přes rozsáhlá preventivní opatření se dekubity bohužel stále vyskytují, a proto je jejich řešení a prevence důležitým tématem pro všechny profese v oblasti zdravotnictví. Výzkumná část se zabývá kvantitativním šetřením. Cílem je zmapovat znalosti nelékařského zdravotního personálu o rizikových faktorech vzniku dekubitu, analyzovat ošetřovatelskou péči a prevenci vzniku dekubitu na vybraných pracovištích. Očekává se, že tato práce přinese cenné poznatky o problematice dekubitů. Může sloužit jako podklad pro další výzkum a pro zkvalitňování ošetřovatelské péče o dekubity.
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of the formation of pressure ulcer and the nursing process. Pressure ulcers represent a serious problem in nursing care, as they complicate and prolong the treatment of patients and lead to significant increases in the cost of care. Unfortunately, despite extensive preventive measures, pressure ulcers still occur, which is why their solution and prevention is an important topic for all healthcare professions. The research part deals with quantitative investigation. The aim is to map the knowledge of non-medical medical personnel about the risk factors for the development of pressure ulcers, to analyze nursing care and prevention of the development of pressure ulcers at selected workplaces. It is expected that this work will bring valuable knowledge about the issue of pressure ulcers. It can serve as a basis for further research and for improving the quality of nursing care for pressure ulcers.
