dc.description.abstract	The central library is placed in the centre of Helsinki, on visually prominent position in the vicinity of a number of significant buildings. The library is a place for personal cultivation, culture and entertainment.A vibrant place, house of literature and technology, oriented to its users. The new library redefines the traditional concept of perception of libraries. It´s a dynamic facility consisting of physical spaces, technologies, library collections and life of its clients and staff.	en
dc.description.abstract	Ústřední knihovna je umístěna v centru Helsinek, na pohledově exponovaném místě, v sousedství řady významných budov. Knihovna je místem pro osobní kultivaci, kulturu a zábavu. Místo pulsující životem, dům literatury a technologií orientovaný na své uživatele. Nová knihovna překonává trediční knihovny, je dynamickým zařízením, složených z fyzických prostor, technologií, knihovních sbírek, života personálu a klientů.	cs
