Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou diferenciální diagnostiky bolestí na hrudi v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. S nárůstem incidence výjezdů zdravotnické služby stoupá také množství pacientů s bolestmi na hrudi. Cílem práce bylo zjistit znalosti studentů 2. a 3. ročníku zdravotnického záchranářství a vyhodnotit jejich dosavadní znalosti, limity a poskytnout jim strukturované algoritmy pro správnou diagnostiku.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of differential diagnosis of chest pain in pre-hospital emergency care. As the incidence of medical service visits increases, so does the number of patients with chest pain. The goal of the work was to test the knowledge of students of the 2nd and 3rd year of emergency medical services and evaluate their current knowledge, limits and provide them with structured algorithms for correct diagnosis.
