Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá prevencí násilí a sebeochranou zdravotnických záchranářů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojmy spojené s danou problematikou, prevenci a možnosti ovlivnění agresivního chování pacienta, deeskalaci násilí, možnou farmakoterapii agresivního pacienta, fyzické omezení pacienta a sebeobranu zdravotnického záchranáře. Výzkumná část z odpovědí zdravotnických záchranářů zjišťuje a následně porovnává jejich zkušenosti v poskytování péče u agitovaných a agresivních pacientů, dále zkušenosti v oblasti sebeobrany a jejich návrhy na preventivní opatření. Výstupem bakalářské práce je vytvoření článku připravený k publikaci.
The bachelor thesis deals with the prevention of violence and self-protection of paramedics. The work thesis is divided into a theoretical and a research parts. The theoretical part is focused on concepts related to the given issue, prevention and possibilities of influencing the aggressive behavior of the patient, de-escalation of violence, possible pharmacotherapy of the aggressive patient, physical restraint of the patient and self-defense of the paramedic. The research part, from the answers of the paramedics, identifies and then compares their experience in providing care to agitated and aggressive patients, as well as their experience in the field of self-defense and their suggestions for preventive measures. The output of the bachelor thesis is the creation of an article ready for publication.
