Abstract
Bakalářskou práci jsme rozdělili na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické částise zabýváme obecným popisem komunikace, popisujeme její verbální a neverbální stránku. Dále se zabýváme významem komunikace v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Následně se v teoretické části věnujeme specifickým rysům komunikace u vybranýchžijících národnostních a náboženských minorit v České republice, které by měl každýzdravotnický záchranář znát a využívat je. Výzkumnou část jsme zpracovali pomocí kvalitativní metody výzkumu, technikou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s deseti respondenty pracujících na pozici zdravotnického záchranáře u zdravotnické záchranné služby Libereckého kraje. Cílem této práce bylo popsat zásady komunikace s pacientem v podmínkách zdravotnické záchranné služby. Dále popsat zásady komunikace zdravotnického záchranáře s pacientem z jiné kultury, jaké má zdravotnický záchranář možnosti dorozumění se s pacientem z jiné kultury. Zjistit jaké problémy se vyskytují při komunikaci s pacientem z jiné kultury a následně zjistit návrhy zdravotnických záchranářů na zlepšení problematiky komunikace u pacientů z jiných kultur. Výstupem z této bakalářské práce je brožura, která shrnuje nejdůležitější specifika v komunikaci u vybraných minorit.
This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, first theoretical and second research. Theoretical part explore generally communication and vebral and non-verbal communication. Next chapter is the communication in prehospital emergency care. Another explore topic is specifics feature of communication in the most common nationalities and religious groups in the Czech republic which should be know by every paramedics. The research part is realised through the use of qualitative research method and the technique of semistructured interview with ten paramedics from the emergencymedical service of Liberec region. The aim of this thesis was to describe the principles of communication with the patient in the conditions of the medical emergency service. Furthermore, describe the principles of communication between a paramedic and a patient from another culture, what possibilities a paramedic has for communicating with a patient from another culture. To find out what problems occur when communicating with a patient from another culture and subsequently to find out the suggestions of paramedics to improve communication issues with patients from other cultures The output of this bachelor thesis is a brochure that summarizes the most important specifics in communication among selected minorities.
