Problematika polohování pacientů v intenzivní péči
Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku polohování pacientů v intenzivní péči. Dělí se na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá informacemi o polohování včetně zásad, důvodu, rozdělení, problematikou a polohami.
V praktické části je vytvořen výzkum pomocí kvalitativní metody a techniky polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, který je zaměřen na znalosti všeobecných sester a zdravotnických záchranářů o polohování, včetně zmapování polohovacích pomůcek a jejich využití na oddělení intenzivní péče.
The bachelor thesis is focused on problematics of patients positioning in the intensive care unit. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with information about positioning including principles, reason, distribution, problematic of positioning and positions. In the practical part, research is created using the qualitative method and semi-structured interview technique, which is focused on the knowledge of general nurses and paramedics about positioning, including the mapping of positioning aids and their using in the intensive care unit.
