Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na znalosti studentů studijního programu Zdravotnické záchranářství o zásadách ošetřování periferního žilního katétru. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou periferních žilních katétrů a ošetřovatelské péče o ně. Jsou zde uvedeny druhy periferních žilních katétru, převážně se zaměřením na periferní žilní kanyly. Z ošetřovatelské péče jsou zde popsány komplikace, hodnotící škály, převazy, specifika podávaných léčiv a odstraňování periferního žilního katétru.Výzkumná část této práce byla provedena kvantitativní metodou a výzkumné šetření pomocí dotazníkového šetření určeného pro studenty druhého a třetího ročníku studijního programu Zdravotnické záchranářství na vybraných fakultách uskutečňujících tento studijní obor. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit znalosti studentů o periferních žilních katétrech a znalosti o zásadách převazu periferních žilních katétru.
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the knowledge of the students of the study program Paramedic on the principles of peripheral venous catheter care. The theoretical part deals with the issue of peripheral venous catheters and their nursing care. Types of peripheral venous catheters are listed here, mainly focusing on peripheral venous cannulas. Complications, rating scales, changing the dressing, specifics of administered drugs and removal of peripheral venous catheters are described here.The research part of this work was carried out using a quantitative method and a research investigation using a questionnaire intended for students of the second and third year of the study program Paramedic at selected faculties implementing this field of study. The aim of the research was to determine students' knowledge of peripheral venous catheters and knowledge of the principles of peripheral venous catheter dressing.
