Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukce zařízení pro zhotoveníkartonových krabic a jejich dopravu do další části výrobní linky. V prácijsou uvedeny vstupní parametry dány požadavky zákazníka. Další částpráce je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu a následně jsou vygenerovány koncepty s pomocí patentové rešerše. Dále byl proveden návrh tří konceptů, jejich princip je vysvětlen a znázorněn pomocí 3D modelů. Poté je uvedeno zhodnocení konceptů a následuje výběr finálního konceptu. Vybraný koncept byl optimalizován pomocí metod DFX a FMEA.Další obsáhlou část práce tvoří detailní konstrukce stroje. V této části jsou vybrány a zkontrolovány jednotlivé prvky stroje. Ke kompletnímu zařízení je vypracován 3D model a k diplomové práci je přiložena výkresovádokumentace.
The diploma thesis is aimed at the design of a device for the productionof cardboard boxes and their transport to the other parts of the productionline. In the thesis, the input parameters of the customer are stated. Thenext part of the thesis is aimed at the analysis of the current state and then concepts are genereted using patent search. Furthermore, the design ofthree concepts was proven, their principle is explained and illustratedusing 3D models. Then the evaluation of concepts is stated and the finalconcept is selected. The selected concept was optimized using DFX andFMEA methods. The next comprehensive part of the thesis is aimed at thedetailed construction of the device. In this part, the individual elements of the device are selected and checked. There is a 3D model constructed forthe device and mechanical drawings are attached to the diploma thesis too.
