dc.description.abstractThe thesis objective is the assessment of objectiveness of the ratio measuring and the used coefficients of the position. The first section provides calculations of heat losses of the building. The second part describes used types of accounts and indicators. The next section is a reference to the widely used standard ČSN EN 834. Then there is an assessment of the consumption and measured figures for the years 2001-9. In the last part there are the methods of determining consumer value of the indicators and cost calculations for the heating in accordance with Decree No. 372/2001 Coll., including the assessment of zero figures.en
dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je posoudit objektivnost poměrového měření a použitých koeficientů polohy. V první části jsou uvedeny výpočty tepelných ztrát objektu. Druhá část mapuje používané typy rozúčtování a indikátorů. V další části je odkaz na používanou normu ČSN EN 834. Následně jsou vyhodnoceny spotřeby a náměry za roky 2001-9. V poslední části jsou způsoby stanovení spotřební hodnoty indikátorů a výpočty nákladů za vytápění v souladu s platnou vyhláškou č. 372/2001 Sb., včetně posouzení nulových náměrů.cs
