Abstract
Diplomová práce řeší optimalizaci linky ponorného fluxování ve společnosti Mahle Behr Mnichovo Hradiště s.r.o. Navrhuje možné zavedení automatizací do technologie výroby, které by napomohly zlepšit celkový proces technologie ponorného fluxování. V první části, diplomová práce popisuje metody štíhlé výroby a metody potřebné k optimalizaci technologie, které jsou použity v praktické části práce. V druhé části je analyzován současný stav, jsou navrženy určité varianty automatizace technologie a implementace zvolené automatizace do technologie výroby.
This diploma thesis solves production line optimization of dip fluxing in company Mahle Behr Mnichovo Hradiste s.r.o. It proposes possible automation implementation into manufacturing technology in order to improve process of dip fluxing. First part of diploma thesis describes lean manufacturing method and methods ensuring manufacturing technology optimization, that are used in practice part of diploma thesis. Second part of diploma thesis analyses current status, and there are proposed certain variants automation of technology and implementation of selected automation into manufacturing technology.
