Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na náhodnou hypotermii v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Cílem je zjistit znalosti a dovednosti zdravotnických záchranářů v oblasti prevence, rozpoznávání a léčby tohoto život ohrožujícího stavu. Práce zmapuje doporučené postupy pro péči o pacienty s náhodnou hypotermií a hodnotí povědomí záchranářů o jejím vlivu na lidský organismus. Kvantitativní výzkum bude proveden prostřednictvím elektronického dotazníku, který bude distribuován 100 záchranářům. Na základě výsledků bude vytvořen letáček shrnující doporučené postupy při náhodné hypotermii v přednemocniční péči.
This bachelor's thesis focuses on accidental hypothermia in prehospital emergency care. The aim is to assess the knowledge and skills of emergency medical responders regarding the prevention, recognition, and treatment of this life-threatening condition. The study maps recommended procedures for managing patients with accidental hypothermia and evaluates responders' awareness of its impact on the human body. A quantitative research approach using an electronic questionnaire will be conducted with 100 paramedics. Based on the results, a leaflet will be created summarizing best practices for managing accidental hypothermia in prehospital settings.
