dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá rizikem syndromu vyhoření a jeho prevencí u všeobecných a praktických sester. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část popisuje obecný pojem syndromu vyhoření. Poté je zaměřena na problematiku syndromu vyhoření v profesi sestry. Praktická část za využití kvantitativní metody, techniky nestandardizovaného a standardizovaného dotazníku BM určuje míru a riziko u všech respondentů. Uvádí také porovnání výskytu syndromu vyhoření mezi ARO, interním a chirurgickým oddělením. Z odpovědí respondentů u nestandardizovaného dotazníku zjišťuje také míru znalostí a využití preventivních opatření.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor's thesis deals with the risk of burnout syndrome in general and practice nurses and its prevention. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the general concept of burnout syndrome. In addition, it focuses on the issues of burnout syndrome in the nursing profession. The practical part determines the degree of risk for all respondents; the methods used are the quantitative method as well as the technique of non - standardized and standardized BM questionnaire. It also compares the incidence of burnout in the departments of anaesthesiology, internal medicine and surgery. Based on the respondents' answers to the non - standardized questionnaire, it also ascertains the degree of knowledge and use of preventive measures.en
