Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem jednorázových produktů na bázi biopolymeru PLA při řízeném aerobním procesu. Práce se v teoretické části nejprve věnuje problematice biopolymeru a jejích rozdělení, popis biopolymeru kyseliny polymléčné, biodegradace a o diferentním prostředí, kde tento proces nastává. V závěru uvádím stručně seznámení s normalizaci a certifikaci v oblasti biopolymerů.Experimentální část se zabývá hodnocením biodegradabilních schopnosti vyrobených biokompozitních folií a vlivu přísad na tento proces. Biodegradace byla zjišťována pomocí respirometru, který umožnuje stanovení řízené aerobní biodegradace dle normy 14855-1 metoda stanovení uvolněného oxidu uhličitého (CO2).
This bachelor thesis to determine the biodegradability of disposable products based on biopolymer PLA in a controlled aerobic process. In the theoretical part, is constitued from an introduction to biopolymers and their distribution, a description of the biopolymer polylactic acid, its methods of synthesis and a justification for the use of additives, followed by a chapter about biodegradation and the different environment where it occurs. finally there is a brief introduction to standardization and certification of biopolymers.The experimental part discuss the evaluation of biodegradability of produced biocomposite films and the influence of additives on this process. Biodegradation was determined by using a respirometer, which allows the determination of the ultimate aerobic biodegradation according to standard 14855-1 method by analysis of evolved carbon dioxid (CO2).
