dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je Agrese v profesi zdravotnického záchranáře. V nemocnicích se o agresi ze stran pacientů mluví jako o fenoménu a stejně tomu tak je i v přednemocniční nedokladné péči. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o zdravotnické záchranné službě, komunikaci a základních bojových a úpolových prvcích sebeobrany, jenž lze využít při kontaktu s agresivním pacientem. V praktické části, pro niž byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda, se práce zabývá analýzou dotazníkových otázek. Výstupem práce je článek do odborného periodika.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The topic of this bachelor's thesis is agression in the profession of a paramedic. In hospitals, agression from patients is called as a phenomenon, and the same is true of pre-hospital care. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge about the medical emergency service, communication, and basic combat elements of self-defense, which can be used in contact with an aggressive patient. A quantitative method was chosen for this research. The practical part deals with the analysis of questionnaire questions. The output of the work is an article in a professional periodical.	en
