dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku povinné mlčenlivosti zdravotnických pracovníků v souvislosti s poskytováním zdravotnické záchranné služby a právní důsledky jejího porušení. Cílem práce je analyzovat legislativní rámec upravující mlčenlivost ve zdravotnictví, identifikovat příčiny a důsledky jejího porušování a navrhnout opatření pro minimalizaci těchto rizik. K dosažení těchto cílů byly použity metody právní analýzy a dotazníkového šetření s využitím případových studií. Výsledky ukazují, že porušení mlčenlivosti může mít závažné právní a etické následky pro zdravotnické pracovníky i pacienty. Závěrem práce jsou formulovány doporučení pro praxi směřující k posílení ochrany mlčenlivosti ve zdravotnictví.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of the mandatory confidentiality of healthcare professionals in connection with the provision of emergency medical services and the legal consequences of its breach. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the legislative framework governing confidentiality in healthcare, identify the causes and consequences of its violation and propose measures to minimize these risks. Methods of legal analysis and questionnaire survey using case studies were used to achieve these goals. The results indicate that the violation of confidentiality can have serious legal and ethical consequences for healthcare professionals and patients. The conclusion of the thesis formulates recommendations for practice aimed at strengthening the protection of confidentiality in healthcare.	en
