Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu rizik při podávání léků per os u
geriatrických pacientů. Práce má dvě části. První je teoretická, ve které jsou vypsané
termíny týkající se geriatrického pacienta, faktory ovlivňující geriatrický organismus,
kompetence sester, správné postupy při podávání léků a rizika obnášející podávání
léků. Druhá část je praktická. Výzkumná část zpracována kvalitativní metodou
zaměřenou na všeobecné a praktické sestry interního oddělení a oddělení následné péče.
Polostrukturovaným rozhovorem je zjištěna míra znalostí sester a seniorů o rizikách při
podávání léků per os a strukturovaným pozorováním je zjištěna míra dodržování
standardizovaných postupů.
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the risk analysis of oral medication administration in geriatric patients. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, listing terms related to geriatric patients, factors affecting the geriatric body, nurses' competencies, correct procedures for medication administration, and the risks associated with medication administration. The second part is practical. The research section is conducted using a qualitative method aimed at general and practical nurses in the internal medicine and follow-up care departments. Semi-structured interviews are used to determine the level of knowledge of nurses and seniors about the risks of oral medication administration, and structured observation is used to determine the level of adherence to standardized procedures.
