dc.description.abstractThe thesis is focused on the application of the discrete computer simulation method of dynamic systems as an instrument for the support of decision-taking during the verification of the planned production increase conception in Skoda Auto a.s. Company in Mlada Boleslav. In the thesis the proposed alternatives and the influence of the implemented modifications on the transmittance of the whole simulated system are proved by means of discrete simulation on the model of the studied pre-assembly line and unit assembly line in the factory building M13 - A5 assembly. The solved problems are related to the finding of the optimum position of the new assembly operation on the mentioned assembly line. At the close of the thesis one of the proposed alternatives is recommended for realization.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na aplikaci metody diskrétní počítačové simulace dynamických systémů jako nástroje pro podporu rozhodování při ověřování plánovaného konceptu navýšení výroby ve firmě Škoda Auto a.s. v Mladé Boleslavi. V práci jsou pomocí diskrétní simulace na modelu studované linky předmontáže a zástavby agregátu v hale M13-montáž A5 ověřeny navrhované alternativy a vliv provedených změn na propustnost celého simulovaného systému. Řešená problematika se týká nalezení optimálního umístění nové operace na zmiňované montážní lince. V závěru práce je doporučena jedna z navrhovaných alternativ k realizaci.cs
