Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá telefonicky asistovanou neodkladnou resuscitací. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část obsahuje popis laické kardiopulmonální resuscitace, základní informace o zdravotnickém operačním středisku, definici telefonicky asistované neodkladné resuscitace, její historický vývoj a popisuje legislativu poskytnutí první pomoci. Výzkumná část zkoumá dodržování doporučeného postupu telefonicky asistované neodkladné resuscitace operátory zdravotnického operačního střediska a následně jsou popsány kritické body, které byly zjištěny z polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s operátory zdravotnického operačního střediska.
The bachelor thesis deals with dispatcher assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. The theoretical part contains a description of unprofessional cardiopulmonary resuscitation, basic information about medical operating centre, definition of telephone assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation, its historical development and it describes the legislation of first aid. The research part examines compliance with the recommended procedure telephone assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation done by medical operators in medical operating center. Subsequently we described critical points that have been identified from a semi-structured interview with these medical operating center telephonists.
