Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozdíly mezi lůžkovou a domácí hospicovou péčí
z pohledu všeobecných sester. Práce má dvě části. První je teoretická, která se věnuje
vymezení paliativní péče, charakteristice lůžkové a domácí hospicové péče a dopadům
této práce na zdravotnický personál i rodinné příslušníky pacientů. Druhá část je
praktická. Výzkumná část je zpracována kvalitativní metodou, zaměřenou na všeobecné
sestry pracující v hospicové péči. Pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů jsou zjištěna
specifika péče v obou formách hospicové péče a dopad práce na psychickou a fyzickou
stránku všeobecných sester.
The bachelor thesis focuses on the differences between inpatient and home hospice care from the nurses perspective. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with the definition of palliative care, the characteristics of inpatient and home hospice care, and the impacts of this work on healthcare personnel and patients' family members. The second part is practical. The research part is processed using a qualitative method, focused on nurses working in hospice care. Through semistructured interviews, the specifics of care in both forms of hospice care and the impact of work on the psychological and physical aspects of nurses are identified.
