Znalosti studentů Ústavu zdravotnických studií Technické univerzity v Liberci o terapii transfuzními přípravky
Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá znalostmi studentů Ústavu zdravotnických studií Technické univerzity v Liberci (dále jen ÚZS TUL) o terapii transfuzními přípravky. Do transfuzní terapie lze zahrnout transfuzní přípravky i krevní deriváty. Tato bakalářská práce se bude věnovat především transfuzním přípravkům. Práce je dále zaměřena na stupeň znalostí studentů, kteří již problematiku měli ve svém studijním plánu zahrnutou, tedy studenti 2. a 3. ročníku oboru Všeobecná sestra ÚZS TUL prezenční i kombinované formy studia.Bakalářská práce je účelně rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou popsány typy transfuzí, vysvětlen proces podávání transfuze, ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta indikovaného k transfuzi a kompetence zdravotnického personálu při podávání transfuze. Empirická část je složena z výzkumu ve formě dotazníku pro studenty, vyhodnocení dat a vyvození závěrů. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření studijní opory pro zlepšení informovanosti a znalostí v oboru hemoterapie.
The Bachelor's thesis is about the knowledge of students of Technical University of Liberec (TUL) about blood transfusion therapy, aka. Hemotherapy. Hemotherapy includes both transfusion products and blood-derived products. This thesis focuses specifically on the transfusion products and on the level of knowledge of students, whom already had this topic in their curriculum (students of 2 nd and 3 rd year of the Nursing major at Institute of Health Studies at TUL, part-time and full-time study).This paper is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part describes types of transfusions; explains the process of administering a transfusion; nursing process with a patient indicated for a transfusion; and nursing staff's competency while administering transfusion. The empirical part is composed of research in the form of a questionnaire for students; data analysis; and conclusions. The purpose of the thesis is to create support material for improving the education of Hemotherapy.
