Abstract
Tato Diplomová práce podává všeobecné informace o tlumičích. V teoretické části je popsán princip fungování, konstrukce a vady tlumiče. V další části jsem detailně vylíčil a zobrazil postup konstruování plynovacího zařízení od samotného počátku (ideální tvar nehtu), až po konstrukci celého zařízení (příruby, těsnění, pneumatické válce, vedení, způsob uzavírání, či zasouvání nehtu, rám). Součástí práce jsou návrhové i kontrolní výpočty dokládající nejlepší možné řešení.
This Master thesis provides general information about shock absorbers. In the teoretical part the principle of function, the structure and the defect of shock absorber is described. In the next part the process of designing a pressurizing machine is describes in detail from the very begining (ideal shape of nail) to the construction of the entire machine (flange, seal, pneumatic cylinder, linear guideways, the way of closing or retracting of nail, frame). The master thesis includes A design and a control calculation demonstrating the best possible solution.
