dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na výzkum v oblasti efektivního frézování hliníkových slitin ve firmě IZO-FORM s.r.o. Výzkum byl zaměřen na výběr vhodných výměnných břitových destiček. Na žádost firmy byla součástí výzkumu i analýza prachových hliníkový částic ve vzduchu v prostředí firmy IZO-Form s.r.o. K dosažení cíle bylo nutné nejprve navrhnout vhodné výměnné břitové destičky od 2 dodavatelů a veškeré strojní a měřicí zařízení pro zrealizovaný výzkum. Dále vytvořit metody měření a vyhodnotit plánovaný experiment. V neposlední řadě shrnout a zhodnotit dosažené výsledky v rámci výzkumu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis is focused on research in the field of efficient milling of aluminium alloys in the company IZO-FORM s.r.o. The research was focused on the selection of suitable exchangeable inserts. Part of the research was, at the request of the company, to analyse aluminium dust particles in IZO-Form s.r.o. In order to achieve the objective, it was first necessary to design suitable exchangeable inserts from 2 suppliers and all the machinery and measuring equipment for the research to be carried out. Furthermore, to develop the methods of measurement and evaluation of the planned experiments. Last but not least, to summarize and evaluate the results achieved in the researchen
