dc.description.abstractKarcinom prostaty je jedním z nejčastějších onemocnění muže. Jedním z primárních druhů léčby je zevní radioterapie. Při radioterapii prostaty je důležité brát v potaz kritické struktury (močový měchýř, rektum a hlavice femuru). Cílem práce je porovnat starší metodu radioterapie 3D-CRT a novější metodu IMRT. Pro porovnání byla zvolena metoda sběru dat. Byly porovnány dávky na močový měchýř, rektum, hlavice femuru a PTV. Z práce vyplývá, že metoda IMRT je statisticky významná v šetření kritických struktur. Její přínos v dodání dávky na PTV však není v porovnání s metodou 3D-CRT statisticky významný.cs
dc.description.abstractProstate cancer is one of the most common diseases in men. One of the primary treatments is external beam radiotherapy. It is important to consider critical structures (bladder, rectum, femoral head) when giving radiotherapy to the prostate. The aim of this study is to compare the older method of 3D-CRT and the newer method of IMRT. The data collection method was chosen for the comparison. The doses to the bladder, rectum, femoral head and PTV were compared. The theses shows that the IMRT method is statistically significant in the investigation of critical structures. However, its contribution in dose delivery to the PTV is not statistically significant compared to the 3D-CRT method.en
