| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem bakalářské práce ?Ošetřovatelské standardy v praxi? je seznámení s problematikou ošetřovatelských standardů. První část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům, které jsem získala na základě prostudované literatury. Teoretická část se zabývá především zvyšováním kvality ošetřovatelské péče a metodami, kterými lze tohoto zvyšování dosáhnout. Empirická část, s cílem zjištění využitelnosti a znalosti OŠSTD, je vypracována na základě uskutečněného dotazníkového šetření na odděleních chirurgie a interny. Analýzou oblasti speciální části dotazníkového šetření bylo zjištěno, že k nejčastějším nedostatkům patří neznalost ošetřovatelských standardů týkající se infuzní terapie, péče o periferní venózní katétr a nástupu účinku léku. Na základě komparace jednotlivých oddělení, kde dotazníkové šetření proběhlo, bylo prokázáno, že nejvíce využívají OŠSTD zdravotní sestry z oddělení Interna JIP. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | Subject of the thesis ?The Standards of Nursing care in Practice? is an introduction of the problematic of nursing standards. The first part, theoretical, is based on the knowledge gained from the technical literature. The theoretical part is above all dealing with advancement of the nursing care and with methods, how to achieve this advancement. The goal of the second, empirical part, is to find out the rate of utilization and knowledge of the standards based on the questionnaire study executed in the departments of surgery and intensive care unit. Analyzing returned questionnaires insufficient knowledge of nursing standards regarding infusion therapy, care of venoclysis cannula and time of drug action, was found out. Comparing the results of each department where the examination was followed through, it was proved, that nurses from internal intensive care unit use the nursing standards most frequently. | en |
