dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou komunikace studentů oboru Všeobecné ošetřovatelství v paliativní péči. Cílem práce bylo zjistit úroveň jejich informovanosti o paliativní péči, zmapovat znalosti zásad komunikace v této oblasti a identifikovat obtíže, s nimiž se studenti setkávají během praxe. Teoretická část se věnuje obecným aspektům komunikace a specifikům paliativní péče. Praktická část byla realizována formou kvantitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím online dotazníku. Výsledky ukázaly, že ačkoli jsou studenti teoreticky dobře informováni, v oblasti praktické komunikace přetrvávají určité nedostatky. Na základě těchto zjištění byl vytvořen edukační poster jako podpůrný nástroj pro efektivní komunikaci v náročných situacích paliativní péče.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of communication among students of the General Nursing field in palliative care. The aim of the thesis was to determine the level of their awareness of palliative care, to map the knowledge of the principles of communication in this area and to identify the difficulties that students encounter during practice. The theoretical part is devoted to general aspects of communication and the specifics of palliative care. The practical part was carried out in the form of quantitative research using an online questionnaire. The results showed that although students are theoretically well informed, certain shortcomings persist in the area of practical communication. Based on these findings, an educational poster was created as a supporting tool for effective communication in challenging palliative care situations.	en
