Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem a hodnocením abrazivního opotřebení bioplastů s odpadním přírodním plnivem před a po klimatickém stárnutí. V této práci jsou použity dva typy matrice: PLLA a PHBV, a dva typy odpadních přírodních plniv: rýžové slupky (mleté) a kávová sedlina (mletá/nemletá). V rámci diplomové práce je analyzován a hodnocen vliv odpadních přírodních plniv na výslednou míru abrazivního opotřebení před a po jejich klimatickém stárnutí. Abrazivní opotřebení je realizováno metodou Pin-on-disc dle normy ASTM G99-17 a hodnoceno na základě geometrie opotřebované drážky a pomocí hmotnostního úbytku.
The Diploma thesis deals with the study and rating of an abrasive wear of bioplastics with natural waste filler before and after climate aging. Two types of matrices: PLLA and PHBV and two types of natural waste fillers: rice husks (ground) and spent coffee grounds (ground/unground) are used. In this thesis, the effect of natural waste fillers on the abrasive wear rate before and after their climatic aging is analysed and rated. The abrasive wear is realized by the Pin-on-disc method using the ASTM G99-17 standard and rated by the geometry of the worn groove and by weight loss.
