Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou geografických informačních systémů pro podporu činnosti IZS. Konkrétně se tato práce zaměřuje na problematiku lokalizace osob v horském terénu. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy vztahující se k problematice GIS a také je zde popsána stručná historie vývoje GIS. Dále se teoretická část zaměřuje na možnosti lokalizace osoby v terénu, také stručně shrnuje práci Horské služby a problematiku pohybu ve volném terénu. Výzkumná část analyzuje výsledky získané dotazníkovým šetřením. Cílem práce je zmapovat znalost návštěvníků horského terénu o možnostech jejich lokalizace v případě krizové situace.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of geographic information systems for the support of IZS activities. Specifically, this work focuses on the issue of locating people in mountainous terrain. In the theoretical part, the basic terms related to the GIS issue are described, and a brief history of GIS development is also described here. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the possibilities of locating a person in the terrain, and also briefly summarizes the work of the Mountain Service and the issue of movement in free terrain. The research part analyzes the results obtained by the questionnaire survey. The aim of the work is to map the knowledge of mountain terrain visitors about the possibilities of their location in the event of a crisis situation.
