Abstract
V bakalářské práci se zabýváme užitnými vlastnostmi a správným postupem používání záchranářské uniformy a dalších vybraných osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků v podmínkách záchranné zdravotnické služby. Práci jsme rozdělili na dvě základní části, a to na teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části práce popisujeme osobní ochranné pracovní prostředky. Zabýváme se jejich legislativou a částí i BOZP. Popisujeme rozdělení, správné označování, doporučené skladování a poskytování osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků. Dále uvádíme užitné vlastnosti a ovlivňující faktory vybraných osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků. Pokoušíme se nastínit zásady používání ochranných prostředků při práci v infekčním prostředí. Ve výzkumné části analyzujeme kritické body doporučeného postupu při používání vybraných osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků. Dále zkoumáme vliv dezinfekčních přípravků při procesu praní na reflexní funkci uniformy záchranné zdravotnické služby. Výstupem bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikaci v odborném periodiku.
In the bachelor's thesis, we deal with the utility properties and use of rescue uniforms and other selected personal protective equipment in the conditions of emergency medical services. We divided the work into two parts, the theoretical part and the research one. In the theoretical part, we describe the personal protective equipment, legislation in part health and safety. We describe the distribution, proper labeling, recommended storage, and provision of personal protective equipment. We also present the useful properties of selected personal protective equipment and their influencing factors. We try to describe the principles of using protective equipment when working in an infectious environment. In the research part, we analyze the critical points of the recommended procedure for the use of selected personal protective equipment. We also examine the effect of disinfectants during the washing process on the reflective function of the uniform emergency medical services. The outcome of the bachelor's thesis is an article, which is ready for publication in a professional journal.
