Abstract
Tématem této diplomové práce je návrh konstrukce lože obráběcího stroje. Úvodní část je věnována rešerši současného stavu v oblasti obráběcích strojů a zejména jejich nosné soustavy. Praktická část se skládá jednak z návrhu zjednodušeného stroje tak především samotného lože. U vytvořených variant se provádí výpočtová analýza pomocí metody konečných prvků. Na základě výsledků analýzy probíhá výběr optimální varianty. Následně je konstrukce lože optimalizována a dokončena.
The topic of this diploma thesis is design of construction the bed of machine tool. The introductory part is focused on the research of the current state in the field of machine-tools and especially their machine frame. The practical part consists of a design of the simplified machine and primarily the machine bed itself. On the created versions there is performed computational analysis using the finite element method. The optimal version is selected upon the results of the analysis. Consequently the construction of machine bed is optimized and completed.
