dc.description.abstractZáměrem této bakalářské práce je uvést stručný přehled o vývoji ošetřovatelství se zaměřením na události odehrávající se na území České republiky. Teoretická část uvádí základní fakta vývoje ošetřovatelství nejprve ve starověkých kulturách - Čína, Egypt, Řecko, Řím. Následuje text o zakladatelce moderního ošetřovatelství, Florence Nightingalové. Další informace se již týkají pouze rozvoje ošetřovatelství na našem území od středověkých počátků po současnost. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na úroveň znalostí všeobecných sester z oblasti historie ošetřovatelství. Zjišťování údajů probíhalo v Krajské nemocnici Liberec, a. s. Dále je zkoumán vztah všeobecných sester k jejich práci. Během vývoje ošetřovatelství se prestiž tohoto povolání neustále měnila. Jeden ze stanovených cílů se tedy týká současné prestiže ošetřovatelství.cs
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this bachelor work is to introduce a brief outline of the development of the nursing eith a view to the events taking place on the Czech Republic territory. The theoretical part mentions the fundamental facts about the nursing development first of all in the ancient civilizations - China, Egypt, Greece and Rome. Then follows the text about the foundress of the modern nursing - Florence Nightingale. The next informations even now regard only the nursing development on our territory, from the medieval beginnings till the present times. The research part is aimed to the knowledge level of general nurses from the area of nursing history. The examination passed in the Regional hospital Liberec, j.-s.c. Further it is investigated studies the relation of general nurses to their profession. The prestige of this job has been changing all time during the nursing development. One of the determined objectives regards to the contemporary prestige the nursing.en
