Abstract
Diplomová práce stručně popisuje způsoby dělení materiálu plazmou a plamenem. Podrobněji se zaměřuje na řezání do trubek a profilů. Nastiňuje možné konstrukční uspořádání strojů pro pálení do trubek a shrnuje výhody a nevýhody těchto řešení. V hlavní části se práce věnuje rozpracování vhodnějšího konstrukčního řešení pro dané zadání a dotažení této konstrukce do finálního návrhu. Zároveň celý konstrukční návrh doprovází potřebnými výpočty.
The diploma thesis briefly describes the methods of dividing material by plasma and flame. It focuses in more detail on the cutting of pipes and profiles. It outlines the possible structural arrangement of machines for the burning of pipes and summarises the advantages and disadvanteges of these solutions. In the main part, the thesis is devoted to the development of a more suitable structural solution for the given task and the final design of this structure. At the same time, the entire structural design is accompanied by the necessary calculations.
