Abstract
Předkládaná diplomová práce poskytuje informace o frézování kompozitních materiálů s uhlíkovými vlákny.
Hlavním cílem předkládané práce je zkoumání tvorby prachových částic při frézování za různých řezných podmínek a jejich vliv na množství a velikost částic.
Nezbytné základní pojmy týkající se řešené problematiky jsou uvedeny v teoretické části práce. Do této části práce jsou zahrnuty informace o frézování kompozitních materiálů, volbě řezných podmínek a velikosti zdraví škodlivých částic.
Dosažení cíle je věnována celá experimentální část, která obsahuje informace o metodice a realizaci experimentu. V závěru práce jsou popsány dosažené výsledky a celkové zhodnocení experimentu.
The present diploma thesis provides information on milling of composite materials with carbon fibres. The main objective of the diploma thesis is to investigate the formation of dust particles during milling under different cutting conditions and their milling under different cutting conditions and their influence on the amount and size of particles. Necessary basic concepts related to the investigated problem are presented in the theoretical part of the thesis. This part of the thesis includes information about milling of composite materials, choice of cutting conditions and size of harmful particles. The whole experimental part is devoted toachieving the goal which includes information on the methodology and implementation of the experiment. At the end of the work the achieved results and the overall evaluation of the experiment are described.
