Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prevencí vzniku infekce u centrálního žilního katétru. Tento typ zajištění žilního přístupu je nejčastější u pacientů na jednotkách intenzivní péče, kterým pomocí této metody můžeme aplikovat kontinuálně, či bolusově více léčivých přípravků, nebo krevních derivátů najednou. Všeobecné sestry a zdravotničtí záchranáři se s tímto typem zajištění žilního vstupu setkávají dnes a denně. Je proto důležité znát funkci tohoto katétru a mít znalosti o tom, jak se o něj starat. V bakalářské práci se budu v teoretické části zabývat centrálním žilním katétrem a infekcemi, které úzce souvisí s cévními vstupy. Dále pak prevencí těchto nežádoucích vlivů. Ve výzkumné části budu pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťovat, zda zdravotničtí záchranáři a všeobecné sestry se specializací v intenzivní péči, pracující na anesteziologicko-resuscitačních odděleních, dodržují zásady preventivních opatření vzhledem k infekcím, které souvisí s centrálním žilním katétrem. Dále pak, zda mají znalosti o těchto infekcích. Výsledky práce budou zpracovány v Microsoft Excel 2016. Výstupem bakalářské práce bude vytvoření článku připraveného k publikaci.
This bachelor's thesis deals with the prevention of infections in central venous catheter. This type of securing venous access is most common in patients in intensive care units. With this method we can continuously, or one time, apply multiple medicinal products or blood derivatives at once using. General nurses and paramedics are in the contact with this type of IV access every day. Therefore it is important to know the function of this catheter and have a knowledges about care of this catheter. In the theoretical part of bachelor's thesis I will deal with the central venous catheter and infections tightly related with vascular accesses. Furthermore, the prevention of these undesirable effects. In the research part I will use a questionnaire survey to investigate whether paramedics and general nurses specializing in intensive care, working in anesthesiology-resuscitation departments follow the principles of preventive measures regarding infections related to central venous catheters and whether they have knowledges about these infections. The results of the work will be processed in Microsoft Excel 2016. The output of the bachelor thesis will be the creation of an article ready for publication.
