dc.description.abstractThis bachelor work deals with the possibilities of recycling of plastics in packaging technology with a focus on PET bottles. Samples made from preforms were used for the tensile test and micro hardness. Based on the design of the PET measurement models are assessed importance of recycling. The basic information about the material of polyethylene terephthalate and its use as packaging material for PET bottles was described in the theoretical part. Moreover there is an overview of the material properties of PET resin respectively of recycled and their relative comparison in terms of technical and economic. This section has provided a general overview of different ways of recycling. A specific method of recycling PET bottles in operation of company PETKA CZ a.s. was described in the experimental part. Furthermore measurements were carried out on samples of PET flakes to provide general information about the resulting quality of recycled material, using recycling technology known as wet process. Micro hardness test and tensile test were tested the platelet samples of PET. All measured and calculated values are summarized in tables and graphs.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi recyklace plastů v obalové technice se zaměřením na PET lahve. Pro zkoušku tahem a mikrotvrdosti byly použity vzorky vyrobené z preforem. Na základě provedení příslušných měření PET vzorků, se hodnotí význam recyklace. V teoretické části byly popsány základní informace o materiálu polyethylentereftalátu a jeho užití jako obalového materiálu pro PET lahve. Dále udává přehled o materiálových vlastnostech primárního PET resp. jeho recyklátu a jejich vzájemného porovnání z hlediska technického a ekonomického. V této části byl poskytnut obecný přehled různých způsobů recyklace. V experimentální části byl popsán konkrétní způsob recyklace PET lahví v provozu společnosti PETKA CZ a.s. Dále bylo provedeno měření na vzorcích PET drtě za účelem poskytnutí obecné informace o výsledné kvalitě recyklátu, při použití recyklační technologie označované jako mokrý proces. Dále na vzorcích PET destiček byla provedena zkouška mikrotvrdosti a zkouška tahem. Veškeré naměřené a vypočtené hodnoty byly zpracovány do tabulek a grafů.cs
