Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku zátěže jednotlivých členů multioborového týmu, kteří pracují v pobytových zařízeních pro seniory a pobytové zařízeních pro pacienty s onemocněním zraku. V teoretické části objasníme základní terminologii zaměřenou na problematiku zátěže multioborového týmu v péči o seniory s onemocněním zraku v pobytovém zařízení pro seniory. Vysvětlíme i rozdíl mezi klientem, který trpí zrakovým hendikepem již od dětství nebo vzniklém v pozdní dospělosti. V praktické části chceme prokázat, která část přímé péče způsobuje největší zátěž členům multioborového týmu, v porovnání domova pro seniory a specializovaného domova pro seniory s onemocněním zraku.
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the problem of the workload of individual members of a multidisciplinary team who work in residential facilities for the elderly and residential facilities for patients with vision diseases. In the theoretical part, we will clarify the basic terminology focused on the issue of the workload of the multidisciplinary team in the care of seniors with vision problems in a residential facility for seniors. We will also explain the difference between a client who has suffered from a visual handicap since childhood or one that arose in late adulthood. In the practical part, we want to demonstrate which part of direct care causes the greatest burden to the members of the multidisciplinary team, in a comparison of a home for the elderly and a specialized home for the elderly with visual impairment.
