Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací všeobecných sester pracujících na jednotkách intenzivní péče. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána motivace, motivační faktory, a faktory které motivaci ovlivňují. Na to navazuje kapitola o tom, co představuje oddělení intenzivní péče, a co vše musí splňovat všeobecná sestra. Poslední kapitola se zabývá syndromem vyhoření, který je velkým problémem u tohoto povolání. Už jen z toho důvodu, že hodně sester odchází do předčasného důchodu, nebo do jiných zemí za lepší prací. Praktická část této bakalářské práce se skládá z cílů, výzkumných předpokladů a jeho metodiky. Tato část mapuje motivaci všeobecných sester na oddělení intenzivní péče.
The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation of general nurses working in intensive care units. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes motivation, motivational factors, and factors that influence motivation. This is followed by a chapter on what constitutes an intensive care unit and what a general nurse must fulfill. The final chapter deals with burnout, which is a major problem in this profession. If only for the reason that many nurses retire early or go to other countries for better work. The practical part of this bachelor thesis consists of objectives, research assumptions and its methodology. This section maps the motivation of general nurses in the intensive care unit.
