Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou připravenosti zdravotnických záchranných služeb při mimořádných událostech shromadným postižením osob, a to konkrétně na výjezdových základnách Zdravotnické záchranné služby Ústeckého a Libereckého kraje. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje popis mimořádné události s hromadným postižením osob, její problematiky, činnosti výjezdové skupiny při přednemocniční nedokladné péči, náležitou právní legislativu, součinnost integrovaného záchranného systému a krizové řízení. Výzkumná část byla realizována pomocí kvantitativní metody formou dotazníku, který byl zaslán jednotlivým členům vybraných výjezdových skupin zdravotnických záchranných služeb. Otázky byly zaměřeny na problematiku v připravenosti pracovníků, nácvik MÚ s HPO, jejich četnost a kvalitu. Z těchto dotazníků jsou utvořeny grafy, statistiky potřebné propublikaci článku do odborného periodika a vzávěru doporučení pro zlepšení problematiky, dle výsledků dotazníků.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the preparedness of medical rescue services during emergencies with mass disability of persons, specifically at field bases of the Medical Rescue Service of the Ústí and Liberec Regions. The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains a description of an extraordinary event with mass disability of persons (hereafter referred to as MD with MDoP), its issues, the activities of the departure group during pre-hospital inadequate care, appropriate legislation, an integrated rescue system and crisis management. The research part was carried out using a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire, which was sent to individual members of selected outing groups of medical emergency services. The questions were focused on issues related to the readiness of workers, the training of the MD with the MDoP, their frequency andquality. These questionnaires are used to create graphs, statistics needed forthepublication of an article in a professional periodical and, at the end, recommendations for improving the issue, according to the results of the questionnaires.
