dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá problematikou vnímání duševně nemocných pacientů na nepsychiatrických odděleních. Část teoretická osvětluje postavení duševně nemocných ve společnosti, vztah zdravotníků k duševně nemocným a problém stigmatizace spolu s nastíněním procesu destigmatizace. Výzkumná část se věnuje výzkumu s cílem zmapovat, jak zdravotní sestry a lékaři nepsychiatrických oddělení vnímají duševně nemocné, a zda mají zájem o prohlubování znalostí týkajících se dané problematiky. Výsledky poslouží k účelu vypracování návrhů, které by mohly vést ke změně vnímání duševně nemocných pacientů zdravotníky nepsychiatrických oddělení.cs
dc.description.abstractThis thesis analyzes the problem of how patients with mental conditions are perceived in non-psychiatric hospital wards. The theoretical section of this thesis elaborates on the social position of mentally diseased patients in society, details the relationship between medical personnel and patients suffering from mental diseases, and discusses the problem of stigmatization and destigmatization of patients with mental conditions. The practical section entails the research conducted to identify how non-psychiatric nurses and doctors perceive mentally diseased patients, whether medical personnel is at all interested in this complex problem and willing to obtain new insights. The results presented in this thesis shall serve as a basis to develop further proposals of how to change the way mentally diseased patients are being perceived by medical personnel in non-psychiatric hospital wards.en
