dc.description.abstract	Dekubity jsou jedním z nejčastějších negativních faktorů dlouhodobé hospitalizace. Zdravotničtí záchranáři a všeobecné sestry se specializací pro intenzivní péči se s nimi setkají během výkonu svého povolání. S dekubity je úzce spjato jejich ošetření, hodnocení, ale hlavně jejich prevence. Aby byla péče o dekubity komplexní je třeba mít dostatečné znalosti. V teoretické práci je popsána stavba kůže a definice dekubitů. Hodnocení dekubitů, ošetření dekubitů, kompetence v péči o dekubity a prevence tvoří další kapitoly bakalářské práce. Je zde také představen EPUAP. Výzkumná část se zaměřila na samotné znalosti zdravotnických záchranářů a všeobecných sester se specializací pro intenzivní péči v kontextu s Národními ošetřovatelskými postupy, které vydává Ministerstvo zdravotnictví České republiky. Pro tuto část byly stanoveny tři cíle, které zjišťovaly znalosti výše uvedených respondentů v oblasti ošetření, hodnocení a prevence v kontextu s Národními ošetřovatelskými postupy, které vydává Ministerstvo zdravotnictví České republiky.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Pressure ulcers are one of the most common negative factors of a long-term hospitalization. Paramedics and general intensive care nurses encounter them in the course of their profession. To the pressure ulcers is closely related their treatment, evaluation, but foremost their prevention. In order to provide a complex care, it is necessary to have sufficient knowledge. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis describes structure of the skin and definition of the pressure ulcers. Assessment of pressure ulcers, treatment of pressure ulcers, competence in the care of pressure ulcers, and prevention form the further chapters of the thesis. The European Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel and its mobile application is also presented here. The research part is focused on the knowledge of paramedics and general nurses specialized in the intensive care in the context of the National Nursing Procedures published by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic. Three objectives were set for this part, where the knowledge of the above-mentioned respondents in the field of treatment, evaluation and prevention were investigated in the context of the National Nursing Procedures published by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.	en
