Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma motivace sester při jejich práci na ARO a JIP a její specifika. V teoretické části je nastíněna problematika motivace, teorie motivací a faktory, které motivaci ovlivňují. Praktická část se věnuje vyhodnocení kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na motivační a demotivační faktory, které ovlivňují sestry pracující na odděleních ARO a JIP. Tyto faktory jsou zároveň porovnávány s faktory sester, které pracují na standardních odděleních, anebo v ambulantní péči.
This bachelor thesis studies the motivation behind the work in intensive care nurses and its specifics. The theoretical part describes the issues of motivation, theory of motivation and factors that influence motivation. The practical part evaluates the data acquired through questionnaire survey and attempts to find out both motivational and discouraging factors affecting the work of intensive care nurses. The factors are also compared with the factors of nurses working in standard wards or ambulatory care.
