dc.description.abstract	V této bakalářské práci se snažíme osvojit si práci s buněčnými liniemi a měření na magnetické rezonanci. Snažíme se také osvojit si pracovní postupy měření na spektrofotometru a optickém přístroji na fluorescenci. Teoretická část se zabývá magnetickou rezonancí a kontrastními látkami. Naším cílem je osvojit si postupy pro testování cytotoxicity kontrastních látek, které pak dále měříme magnetickou rezonancí a optickým zobrazováním.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis is concerned in operations with cell lines and magnetic resonance imaging. It is also concerned in operations of the spectrophotometer and fluorescence optical imaging. The theoretical part is focused on magnetic resonance and contrast agents. Our goal is to learn how to do cytotoxicity testing of contrast agents which are later measured on magnetic resonance and optical imaging.	en
