Abstract
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje základnímu vymezení pojmů, charakteristice vybraných duševních onemocnění a specifikům komunikace s pacienty v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, jak se zdravotničtí záchranáři v problematice orientují, jaké komunikační strategie uplatňují při výjezdech k pacientům s duševním onemocněním a jak tyto situace vnímají. Výzkum byl realizován kvalitativní metodou, formou strukturovaných rozhovorů s deseti respondenty ze Zdravotnické záchranné služby Libereckého kraje. Data byla analyzována pomocí otevřeného kódování a rozdělena do šesti tematických kategorií. Výsledky ukazují na význam odborné i osobní připravenosti záchranářů, důležitost empatického přístupu a schopnosti přizpůsobit komunikaci konkrétní situaci. Výstupem práce je článek shrnující klíčové poznatky využitelné v praxi.
The bachelor's thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the basic definition of concepts, characteristics of selected mental illnesses and specifics of communication with patients in pre-hospital emergency care. The aim of the practical part was to find out how paramedics are oriented in the issue, what communication strategies they apply when visiting patients with mental illness and how they perceive these situations. The research was an active qualitative method, in the form of structured interviews with ten respondents from the Medical Rescue Service of the Liberec Region. The data were analyzed using open coding and divided into six thematic categories. The results show the importance of professional and personal preparedness of paramedics, the importance of an empathetic approach and the ability to adapt communication to a specific situation. The output of the work is an article summarizing key findings that can be used in practice.
