Abstract
PRT je časově náročné vyšetření a je zapotřebí neustálá přítomnost doktora. Zároveň je důležité, aby byl doktor velmi opatrný, kvůli riziku poranění míchy. Tato práce má seznámit čtenáře s pracovním postupem radiologického asistenta během vyšetření PRTu. Jak lze optimalizovat dávku, zkrátit čas výkonu a zvýšit bezpečnost.
PRT is time consuming examination and continuous presence of physician is needed. It is important that physician is very carefull because risk of damaging a spinal cord as well. This thesis introduses readers with workflow of radiologic assistant during PRT. Research tries to find ways to optimilaze dose, increase safety and shorten the time of exam.
