Abstract
Tématem mé bakalářské práce je poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče zdravotnickými záchranáři ve Francii. Tato teoretická práce je rozdělená do čtyř výzkumných cílů. První část je popis historie přednemocniční péče, která má kořeny na území Francie a vývoj záchranných vozů ve Francii a v České republice. V druhé části práce najdeme popsaná specifika poskytování přednemocniční péče nemocniční záchrannou službou, hasiči, leteckou záchrannou službou a v neposlední řadě námořní záchrannou službou. V další části najdeme popsané vzdělávání studentů ve Francii od základních škol až po doktorská studia a specifika diplomů vydávaných ve Francii. Poslední část je zaměřená na legislativu, kompetence a na kodex veřejného zdraví, který popisuje lékařské i nelékařské pracovníky. Obsahuje kompetence a zákony, kterými se musí řídit řidiči záchranné služby a anesteziologické sestry. Ke zpracování práce byla využita metoda review a syntéza.
The topic of my bachelor thesis is providing pre-hospital emergency care by paramedics in France. This theoretical work is divided into four research objectives. The first part describes the history of pre-hospital care, which has its roots in France, and the development of ambulances in France and the Czech Republic. The second part of the thesis describes the specifics of providing pre-hospital care by hospital ambulance service, fire rescue service, air ambulance service and last but not least by sea rescue service. The next outlines the French education of students in the medical field from primary school to doctoral studies and the specific diplomas issued in France. The last part focuses on legislation and competences and on the public health code, which describes medical and non-medical staff. It includes the competences and laws that ambulance drivers and nurse anesthetists must follow. The review and synthesis method was used to develop the thesis.
