dc.description.abstractThe aim of this Bachelor Work is to sum up and to point out a level of co-operation between a nurse and a hospitalized patient family in the Czech republic. I would like to find out how this co-operation works and if it is a mutual relation. I would like to discuss the positives and the negatives that emerge from this co-operation. Furthermore I would like to appraise a contribution for the hospitalized patient. The theoretical part deals with a general conception and a characteristic of a nurse and a patient, further with a necessity for knowledge in the area of psychology, communication, ethics and assertiveness. Additional information is on the possibilities of the follow-up care in the Czech Republic followed by its overview and short characteristics. The research part will be taken in ward blocks in the Regional Hospital in Liberec, joint-stock copany, The Motol University Hospital and Hospital Frýdlant, limited liability company.en
dc.description.abstractZáměrem této bakalářské práce je poukázat na míru spolupráce mezi zdravotní sestrou a rodinou hospitalizovaného pacienta v České republice a pokusit se ji zhodnotit. Zjistit úroveň, na které spolupráce probíhá, a jestli funguje oboustranně. Poukázat na pozitiva a negativa vycházející ze spolupráce a zhodnotit tím přínos pro hospitalizovaného pacienta. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnými pojmy a charakteristikou zdravotní sestry a pacienta. Nutnosti znalostí z oblasti psychologie, komunikace, etiky a asertivity. Další informace se budou týkat možností následné péče v České republice. Posléze bude následovat jejich přehled se stručnými charakteristikami. Výzkumná část bude probíhat na lůžkových odděleních v Krajské nemocnici Liberec, a.s., ve Fakultní nemocnici Motol, Nemocnice Frýdlant s.r.o.cs
