dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nanomateriály a jejich využití v oblasti tkáňového inženýrství a biomedicíny. Jejím cílem je v teoretické části shrnout nejdůležitější vlastnosti nanomateriálů a uvést konkrétní příklady využití v těchto oblastech. Experimentální část zahrnuje nalezení vhodných podmínek pro elektrostatické zvlákňování helikálně chirálního polymeru s motivem polyacetylenového řetězce, následně vlákna připravit, charakterizovat jejich vlastnosti a navrhnout oblast využití.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis deals with nanomaterials, their production and further applications in the field of tissue engineering and biomedicine. The aim of the thesis is to summarize the most important properties of the used nanomaterials and to mention some examples of specific nanomaterials used in this field. The experimental part is focused on finding suitable conditions for preparation of electrospun nanofibers from helical polyacetylene-like substance, then to prepare the respective fibers, describe their properties and suggest their application potential.	en
