Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem převodového ústrojí tvarovacího zařízení
filtračního papíru s vlastností redukce výstupních otáček na polovinu. V první části je stručně popsán princip filtrace, výroba filtru a je představeno několik hlavních typů filtrů. Ve druhé části práce je řešen návrh elektromotoru a spojky, ozubených kol, hřídelí, ložisek a tvarových spojů převodového ústrojí. Dále byly provedeny pevnostní výpočty pro důležité části převodovky. Závěr práce je věnován ekonomickému zhodnocení. Pro celou práci byly zhotoveny CAD-modely a výkresy určitých součástí.
This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a transmission for a shaping device for folding filter paper with the property of reducing the output speed by half. The first part briefly describes the principle of filtration, filter production and introduces several main types of filters. The second part of the work deals with the design of the electric motor and clutch, gears, shafts, bearings and fittings of the transmission. Furthermore, strength calculations were performed for important parts of the gearbox. At the end of the work is an economic evaluation. CAD models and drawings of certain components were made for the whole work.
