Abstract
Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zjistit informovanost pacientek o radioterapii
karcinomu prsu a je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretická a praktická.
Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní pojmy týkající se dané problematiky.
Zabývá se zhoubným onemocněním prsu, diagnostikou onemocnění, možnostmi léčby,
významem radioterapie, ozařovacími technikami, nežádoucími účinky a přípravou
pacientů na ozařování.
Praktická část se zaměřuje na samotný průzkum informovanosti pacientek,
přesněji z jakých zdrojů získávají nejvíce informací o léčbě, které nežádoucí účinky
se mohou objevit a jak je léčit, zda o radioterapii a jejím principu fungování věděly
již dříve. Pro průzkumné šetření je zvolena kvantitativní metoda pomocí anonymního
dotazníku. Získaná data jsou vyhodnocena do grafů a upravena do doporučení pro zlepšení
informovanosti pacientek podstupující radioterapii z důvodu onemocnění karcinomu prsu
The bachelor thesis aims to determine the awareness of patients about radiotherapy of breast cancer and is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts related to the issues It deals with breast cancer, diagnosis of the disease, treatment options, the importance of radiotherapy, radiation techniques, side effects and preparation of patients for radiation. The practical part focuses on the actual survey of patients' awareness, more precisely where they get the most information about the treatment, which side effects can occur and how to treat them, whether they knew about radiotherapy and its working principles before. For the survey, a quantitative method using an anonymous questionnaire is chosen. The data obtained are evaluated in graphs and adapted into recommendations on improving the awareness of patients undergoing radiotherapy for breast cancer.
