dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce bylo prozkoumat znalosti a zvyklosti praktických a všeobecných sester v péči o pacienty s implantovaným kardiostimulátorem. Cílem výzkumu bylo zhodnotit úroveň znalostí sester v oblasti ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s implantovaným kardiostimulátorem. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 16 praktických sester a 45 všeobecných sester, působících na kardiologických odděleních, na kterých je prováděna implantace kardiostimulátoru. Metodou sběru dat byl dotazník vlastní konstrukce. Hlavní nedostatky v úrovni znalostí sester se týkaly edukace pacientů ohledně pohybových aktivit, užívání mobilního telefonu či možností absolvovat vyšetření na magnetické rezonanci u nových typů kardiostimulátorů. Nižší úroveň znalostí byla zjištěna u praktických sester.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of the thesis was to explore the knowledge and practices of general practitioners and general nurses in the care of patients with implanted pacemakers. The aim of the research was to assess the level of nurses' knowledge in the nursing care of patients with implanted pacemakers. The research involved 16 nurse practitioners and 45 general nurses working in cardiac wards where pacemaker implantation is performed. The method of data collection was a self-constructed questionnaire. The main gaps in the level of nurses' knowledge were related to patient education regarding physical activities, mobile phone use or the possibility to undergo magnetic resonance imaging with new types of pacemakers. Lower levels of knowledge were found among nurse practitioners.	en
