Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřování tracheostomie z pohledu zdravotnického záchranáře. Zdravotničtí záchranáři, pracující na akutních a intenzivních lůžkových odděleních, se stále častěji setkávají s pacienty s tracheostomickou kanylou. Proto je nutné, aby měli dostatečné znalosti a dovednosti k poskytnutí kvalitní ošetřovatelské péče. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na obecné informace o dané problematice, jako jsou například indikace a komplikace tracheostomie nebo druhy a velikosti tracheostomických kanyl. Dále také zahrnuje různá specifika ošetřovatelské péče, jako je např. weaning, výměna tracheostomické kanyly. Výzkumná část byla realizována kvantitativní metodou prostřednictvím nestandardizovaného dotazníku, které byly rozdány mezi zdravotnické záchranáře ze sedmi oddělení dvou nemocnic fakultního a oblastního typu. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit znalosti zdravotnických záchranářů o tracheostomii, ale také o ošetřovatelské péči, která je s tracheostomií spojená. Výstupem bakalářské práce je praktický informační materiál, který bude moci sloužit jako podklad pro ošetřování tracheostomie.
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of tracheostomy treatment from the perspective of a paramedic. More often, paramedics in acute and intensive care wards encounter patients with tracheostomy cannulas. Therefore, they must have sufficient knowledge and skills to provide quality nursing care. The theoretical part focuses on general information about the issue. Especially indications and complications of tracheostomy or types and sizes of tracheostomy cannulae are discussed. Moreover, various specifics of nursing care, e.g. weaning representing a tracheostomy cannula exchange, are discussed. The research was carried out using a quantitative method and a non-standardized questionnaire technique distributed among paramedics in seven departments from two faculty and regional type hospitals. The current thesis finds out the paramedics' knowledge tracheostomy, but also about the nursing care that is associated with tracheostomy. The thesis outreach is suitable information material that can serve as a guide for tracheostomy care.
